You and me and
In this documentation, my daughter and I dance together wearing shoes that are respectively carved out with the words "you" "and" and "me" "and" on the soles. We tap the shoes into a pile of graphite dust then proceed to dancing together. The graphite markings create a drawing tracing our interactions however awkward they are at times. The performance is over when one or the other participant is finished with it.
I had performed this piece in 2011 with friend, Crystal Brown, and called it Tango.
